Yes, every living being has hormones; they are very important to one's health and wellbeing. The hormones in the body are kept in balance by a healthy body. When you add supplemental hormones, you upset the balance. So my question to you is: do you use supplemental hormones?
A Japanese experiment on men showed that the consumption of high fat dairy products over a day significantly elevated the subjects progesterone levels. Men were chosen as their progesterone levels are naturally low and stable. It's clear that dairy product consumption elevates levels of progesterone and estrogen. Why do you think females in western countries are entering puberty at a younger and younger age? It's the dairy from pregnant cows which is full of bio identical hormones, which do exert effects in humans who consume commercial dairy.
