Farms: Wind Farms in Western PA

Coal and strip mining was once the main source of employment and energy in western Pennsylvania. Many mines have closed over the years and now a new source of energy is needed, preferably a "cleaner" energy. Since western Pennsylvania includes the northernmost part of the Appalachian Ridge Mountains, wind energy seems like a logical choice for an alternative energy source.
