Miami was so good to me! The vegan scene there is amazing, and growing. I was invited to speak at the 2016 Seed Food & Wine festival, and I’m so glad I said yes. I stayed at the beautiful Palms Hotel & Spa in comfy room overlooking Miami Beach with views of the sunrise each day. It was such a treat to soak up the Miami sunshine, walk on the beach, and go for a swim…in November! I hope you enjoy this video. Be sure to check out The Palms Hotel & Spa if you’re planning a trip to the city, and tell them Jenné sent you! https://www.thepalmshotel.com/ I cannot wait to return to Miami to visit all of their exciting vegan restaurants. Since I was only there for 3 days I didn’t have any time to explore restaurants (ex. Choices, Della Bowls, Plant Food & Wine). And if you know of any Cuban and Haitian vegan restaurants PLEASE let a sistah know. Plus the new Helene Henderson’s Malibu Farm Miami will be opening up in the Nobu Eden Roc Hotel soon. Yay!! I’m already planning my meals for my next visit to Miami :) Also, be sure to follow my friends on Youtube and/or Instagram Caitlin Shoemaker https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC0cxMY7jZ_kiE2bvykJffZA or IG @frommybowl Isabelle Steichen https://www.instagram.com/theplantiful/ The Seed Food & Wine festival http://www.seedfoodandwine.com/ The Palms Hotel & Spa https://www.instagram.com/palmshotelmiami/ Malibu Farms https://www.instagram.com/malibufarm/?hl=en More photos from my Miami trip on my Instagram @sweetpotatosoul and my blog: http://sweetpotatosoul.com/2016/12/vegan-adventure-miami-video.html Thanks for watching!!
