where can i find the full version of this play? please..

I don't know why the majority of stage plays like this seem to have the Tin man and Lion played by males that put on some type of English accent . I did plays in my youth and know all about Stage Diction to be understood , but I would sing or speak as me unless the role called for an accent.
I was Fagan in a middle school musical based from the Oliver movie of 1968 , so when i heard how the Beatles or Stones didn't have an accent when they would sing.....I didn't try to put on an accent . -
