Thanks for watching! This video is of a cotton harvest in Southeast Arizona. Many thanks to the Palmer family for collaborating with DeltaPine once again to help us test different cotton variety performance in the Safford Valley. We appreciate ya! The filming gear was a quadcopter, primarily a QAV 540, but also a DJI Phantom. Both were carrying aloft a GoPro Hero3 Black. FPV gear by Immersion RC. If you have any questions, I'll be happy to answer; just add to comments.

What will niggers do now?

Where are your Cotton fields located at ?? If you don't mind me asking. What are machines that size cost now days.
I see your flying Quadcopter for your filming. How hard are they to learn to fly ??
What do you grow when your not growing cotton. -
What a Great video of Cotton Picking. We have came a long ways on picking cotton. From picking Cotton by hand now we use machines that can pick up to six rows. I was raise south of Safford just couple of miles south of Swift Trail road. I left the Gila Valley in 1975. Thank you.

Thank you for showing this video. I found it to be positively very interesting. You have a very good farm operation and this is proof positive that Arizona is an important farm state. Brian from Canada.

Yes, that iTunes link is correct, thanks. Deltapine commissioned this song to pay tribute to cotton growers! We're really happy with the result...

Google "QAV540G" and select from the "getfpc" website. Tried to copy a link here but YouTube doesn't seem to like that...

Thanks, Chip; yes gimbal on both rigs, but no software stabilization. The primary rig is a QAV540

On any of these areal shots did you use either a gimbal system or a software stabilizer? This video looks really good! Thanks for posting!

Thanks Jeff! We've come a long way since those first flights, eh? Thanks for all the advice!
