'itinement', 'instructitive'. Genius.

Trying to follow the dialogue would be a wicked lot easier without that sodding smegging canned laugh track.

Delighted to come across this, as a kid we had this on VHS and I watched it over and over. As I remember, the video had this episode and 'Over to Pam' on it. Thank you so much for uploading it!

There are some people who just leave a hole when they die that cannot be filled by anyone else. Victoria Wood is one of those people. A unique talent and just a lovely lady. Very sadly missed.

Is this not parts of the Fawlty Towers set reused?

Vicky was one of the best. I just wish I could have met her. She was an important part of the British TV comedy hayday when we had top quality TV without all the swearing and there was always something new worth watching. Thank god for YouTube.
Thanks for uploading. -

Victoria Wood: the best ever British female writer-performer comedian. Likely to hold that title for the foreseeable future.

"I could have easily said garden centre, they're very popular of a Sunday" ROFL, of course that sort of thing can't be said now for fear of offending the PC brigade, sad really because good old humour seems to have left us...
