When Shultz family farm in upstate New York started using their cows' milk to make their own cheese curd product for sale at local markets, they expected 10% of the milk from their herd would be used for their cheese. But their fresh, local product was so successful, more than a third of their milk is being used to make the product. Dr. Pete Ostrum and his fellow vets work with the Shultz family to help keep the cows healthy and advise on managing the herd. Veterinarians On Call is presented by Zoetis.

He went from working with "unhealthy dairy" (chocolate) to working with "healthy dairy" (cows).

I find this so fascinating. This man was Charlie Bucket from the original willy wonka movie. He was offered a 3 picture deal after the film and he turned it down and he's perfectly happy.

In case you don't recognize him, Pete Ostrum was Charlie in the original Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory :) I always wondered where some of the actors from that movie are today.
