Many Generational Americans know how to grow food, since early america, from which they come, was all farms (before the industrial revolution when, esp. after civil war, the new teachings pushing factories came; of course, then they just de-industrialize and overseas the jobs anyway). But many know how, but the housing market and that sleazy business made many not have the land. Or time. Or they must work "out of town" now, so they can't tend it. REAL land ownership has been tampered with

Better a garden than none in urban areas. But hopefully the goal will be increasingly decentralization, keeping it small and growing it local, real freedom of association to grow true and real organic communities in which they can feel safe, network, have free speech, and all those great things. Wish everyone could have their own farm with at least 3 acres! And pretty green not buildings to look at, flowers not bricks

Can you recommend a non-GMO, 30 day radish to grow? Thanks.

I love your videos. You don't just stay in your garden, you go all over the US and show how to do different things. Mulch, compost, pest control and grow in every zone. Awesome!

Looks like a rough side of Baltimore . Good to see small communities growing food.

I bought organic garlic! ))) and forgot about it! ))) after few months it looked like ok - no green sprouts, it was just soft inside )) Now I am thinking that it wasn't organic and I don't have to believe what they write on the label! ))
