Farms: [Tutorial] Efficient AFK-able Blaze Farm (1.9 - 1.10)

A fully AFKable automatic blaze farm that is fairly cheap to build! ========================= WORLD DOWNLOAD: https://www.dropbox.com/s/bcg1m2ypdo3zns3/AFKable%20Blaze%20Farm%20by%20NanoRex.zip?dl=0 ========================= FAQ Q: Does the Looting enchantment work with this farm? A: Unfortunately not with the AFK mode. There is no simple way that I know of to achieve automatic potion throwing with the Looting enchantment (there is a way but it requires quite a bit of redstone). It will still work with the manual mode though; just hit the blazes with a looting sword instead of using a potion. Q: What blocks can I use to emit the signal strength I want? A: See this wiki page for more info: http://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Redstone_Comparator#Measure_block_state Q: Does this work in Minecraft 1.8? A: No, because it uses 1.9 piston behavour. It can be modified to work in 1.8, but I will leave that up to you. Q: Does this work on Minecraft console edition? A: No. ========================= Signal Strength (left) vs Blaze Count (right) 1 - 11 2 - 21 3 - 31 4 - 41 5 - 51 6 - 61 (I recommend somewhere around here) 7 - 71 8 - 81 9 - 91 10 - 101 11 - 111 12 - 121 13 - 131 14 - 141 ========================= Follow me on Twitter for more updates and opinions: https://twitter.com/NanoRexMC ========================= Support me on Patreon for cool rewards: http://www.patreon.com/NanoRex ========================= Credits: Intro music: Machinimasound - Afterlife City Outro music: Machinimasound - Lady in Chrome =========================

Does it matter what item i put in the furnace? Cause I can't put nether stars in the furnace.

does this work in 1.11

This tutorial is very well done !

Material list:
12 stacks of your block of choice --> This amount can change a lot. It really depends how you build your farm. You can use the nether blocks around you, that helps. I didn't do that and i created a wall around the redstone to avoid any problems. So this number can go down to like 9 or 10 stacks probably.
Also, take a different block to put the afk pressure plate. It helps when setting the redstone below it.
2 Stacks + 34 Blocks --> This is just to create the platform around the spawner if u are in survivor
1 Stack + 17 Signs
1 Stack Redstone dust
11 Redstone torches
11 Comparators
7 Slab
10 Glass
9 Repeaters
4 Bucket of Lava
4 Dispenser
4 Normal Pistons
4 sticky Pistons
3 Stone Pressure Plate
3 Hoppers
2 Redstone Lamps
2 Buttons
2 Chests
2 Furnace
1 Redstone Block
1 Dropper
1 Lever
1 Trapdoor
Also, if it interest to anyone the dimensions of this farm are
15 blocks long
15 blocks wide
19 blocks tall -

This is like the worst blaze farm I've ever seen
-
1.11 broke this

Rex please reply but this grinder doesn't work in 1.10. The afk doesn't work because the comparator can not pull a signal from the weighted pressure plate with the other signals coming from the other comparator that is connected to the furness. Is there a way to fix this?
-
Unfortunately, this design won't work in 1.11 because the piston translocation bug has been fixed. :/
-
does it work on 1.10.2?

What happened to the easy blaze farms lol
