The main thing is to have multiple roads between each section. So say I have one area by beach... and one downtown bit... instead of one road connection between them - make 3! Also avoid putting garages on main roads - put them down side roads or cul de sac s.

Can you make a video about traffic control and road layout? I always have issues with overloaded garages and traffic getting backed up creating log jams for teamsters getting goods around the island.

Definitely wasn't a random map - it was probably the pirate dlc mission... or maybe mission 16ish from the main career mode.

Oh ok cool I have noticed at the begging when just starting out having few Tenant buildings not all my farms are full with workers and some work places I have noticed workers leaving I have my wages set to 20 Quality I don't know if this is due to me not having a higher population.

this game is SO MUCH FUN! I kinda suck at it at 1st. Made my 1st million of rum. 1 thing my garage is always overruned.
