Hello sir. Could I use Electrical Cleaner to clean the Maf Sensor instead using Mass Air Flow Cleaner? Because here where I live can't find Mass Air Flow Cleaner. Could I use Electrical Cleaner? Thank you.

I re-did mine because I didn't know there are the 2 other sensors inside and mine were nasty dirty. Thank you for your video showing this. Cool accent! :)

What are your thoughts on K&N air filters, do you use one? I have read a lot of things online about over-oiling the filter and having problems with their MAF sensors. I read that doing this can fix that problem, but sometimes they need to be replaced. What have your experiences been? I have a 2003 4runner with around 110k miles. Also do you often clean your idle air control actuator valve as well, or will cleaning this influence that as well?

I have a 2005 4runner sport edition V6 with 231,000 miles. I'm starting to get check engine light code P0304 (misfire in cylinder 4). I get a rough idle every once in a while at cold start up, then it smooths out when I drive off. I'm about 95% sure it's a head gasket leak because I had a mechanic check for hydrocarbons in the radiator. The reading was 54-90 parts per million. The trucks runs very well otherwise. The check engine light actually stays off for days at a time. Do you know any mechanics in the Sacramento area that can give me a good price on a head gasket replacement? Even a private party certified mechanic?
