if you have auxilary garrison in the regions: Britannia, Caraginesis, Asia, Aethopia, Libya, Suebia, Gedrocia, Syria, Hellas, Raeta et Noricum, Phanzania, Corsica et Sardinia, Bactria, Auitania, Arabia felix, Illyria, Parthia, Galata et Cappadocia, Sarmatia, Scytia, Tarraconesis. you can have all auxilary's. (like so he sees)
