This South African farmer believes farmers have a social obligation to create jobs. The farm produces soubeans, sugar beet, maize and potatoes and they also breed cattle. They don't try to save money on mechanisation, but employ a local workforce. With modern corp protection methods they can grow a larger variety of crops. 90% of their crops are genetically modified, which gives an increased yield.
