This 16mm film shows, without narration, one season in the life of a wheat farmer in the wheat belt town of Corrigin, Western Australia. Accompanied only by music, we see aspects of farming which includes the ploughing, seeding, fertilizing and harvesting of a wheat crop. Also shown is the farming and shearing of sheep, as well as a glimpse of the farmer's recreational time. This film was produced by WAVE (West Australian Visual Education) in 1974.

Grew up on a farm like that in the Wimmera area of western Victoria. Brough back so many memories, right down to the Chamberlain tractors and the sheep. My dad could have well been that farmer. Thank you so much
