I started to watch this documentary & by 25 seconds, I was out. I just can't. I love animals too much. I know they are going to be eaten so without watching, I can already appreciate this guys approach but it doesn't change the fear I see nor the empathy I feel.

Excellent video. I see nothing tragic. I chose not to hunt and procure meat for my family myself. I depend on your skills to provide my family and myself with a safe food supply. Highly skilled profession. Thanks again for a good video.

I'd rather this, than the animal being hanged and beaten to death

To all you vegans... Years ago when the generations that were dying were young, veganism wasn't much of a thing, in 1st world countries anyway. Now, those people have grown up and are dying to diseases, and veganism is getting to younger people who are less prone to diseases. Maybe a bit of a fact... maybe not...

Hey vegtards, plants don't want to die either that's why they grow defense systems. Cacti have spines all over them, so do pineapples. Bananas conspire together when they see danger approaching and break themselves off at the stem, falling on their assailant thereby killing him. It's all evolution. In order for one thing to survive, something else has to cease living...even plants. The venus fly trap (a meat eating plant) must fuck you all up like throwing a straight drive into reverse while going 40 MPH.

Wonder what this guy's reaction would be if he heard that organ meat and bones for broth are becoming popular again.

1,320 butthurt vegetarians and vegans, and a bunch of people calling each other retarded on both sides of the debate. Would y'all please leave emotion out of this? I can understand veggies getting emotional because emotion is all they have as far as an argument goes and their brains are malnourished, but the other side of the debate doesn't need to regress back to the schoolyard.

Good for him I am happy to see that he isn't afraid to share his know how
-
fuck you people also if you kill horses I will kill you if I find you
-
koodos for this guy. Very clean and humane operation. I prefer a bolt gun to put the animal down... it is instant. Great for local small areas. Unfortunately, such a slow process would not feed many people. But again, got to like this guy!

POW. I'm just gonna let bryan Shoot him He says its bad enough taking a life while it shoes the cow being lifted up by a ceiling chain,

This is just misleading... That's just not how it works. You need to slit the animals throats while they're still pumping. They have 12 seconds to slit their throats after they are stunted, which basically means that some of the animals will always suffer. I have footage of slaugtherhouse workers saying there's no humane way to do it. Maybe carnists are the naive ones for believing that animals are killed in lalaland.

I seldom eat meat and/or derivates, may be 2 or 3 times / year, and I feel terribly guilty for feeding on unimaginable pain and suffering, only to please a brief and most selfish tasting moment that will be forgotten as soon as it goes down the throat... My guilt relates to the abuse in farms, transportation and the horrifying death that the animals suffer in the real world. But, I really do appreciate your concern for causing the minimum stress and pain to end the lives of those animals. I hope you keep doing what you say you do and wish you well. We need more people like you, way more. The reality is that if animals were treated right during their lives and had the most humane death, may be people like me wouldn't feel so bad for occasionally eating meat... Thank you in behalf of the animals!
