We think we're gods on this earth. Breeding dogs to please us ignoring health issues. The only reasons dogs man best friend is because we made them that way. Wild dogs/wolves would fuck us up.

I recently adopted a purebred cat from a family that needed to rehome him. They bought him from a really irresponsible cat breeder. That guy would breed unhealthy and sick cats and then make more unhealthy and sick cats and then sell them for a profit. And if any of them were "unsellable", he admitted that he put them to sleep by drowning them!!! Some people are despicable!!!

This is horrible but the whole cycle of what the bitches go through when they are continually impregnated and only live 4 years are exactly what dairy cows go through, if you don't believe it google it. This should not happen to any animal

People also need to be aware that some of these dog smugglers operate under the cover of being rescues. So don't let your guard down even when choosing to adopt and always carefully evaluate where you're getting your dog. If a rescue constantly has a suspiciously high number of puppies available, that might not be coincidence.

Not all breeders are bad. When buying a pup, look for a breeders that only breeds one breed and makes sure the parents of the pups are clear of any diseases that are common in the breed (most common are hipdysplasia, syringomyelia in dogs with small heads, patellar luxation etc.).

I say if you want a dog or any animal don't be so picky and want a specific breed, just go to a rescue center and go adopt from there and if you see a dog that connects with you, adopt it

There are people like Gigi and Fousey who got rid of their dogs once they weren't puppies anymore

There's no "pure" breads, it's inbreed. They are sick, because they breed with siblings and their parents. You should get a mutt or animal from shelter. I had mutts and they lived long life without getting sick.

They never said what they do to the confiscated dogs. Are the healthy ones rehomed in a shelter?

This is so upsetting. Thank you for bringing attention to this important issue. I hope that people with think again when getting puppies from now on and not contribute to this abusive activity. It's so sad. Please STOP buying dogs and adopt instead.

This breaks my heart, our Cavalier breeder is great but we have dealt with other breeders who were less than honest and the animal was not in ideal shape-I couldn't turn the baby away as all I could think of was SAVE but now I realize I only made the situation worse by purchasing from someone who wasn't trustworthy. Never again, we will be so much more thorough and careful the next time. We did so much research and got referrals and everything but that in the end wasn't enough. Always go to the breeders home and survey the entire area-see the parents and make sure everyone looks amazing. If there is anything wrong just walk away and report it if you find anything that is wrong or you suspect something going on.
