Goats should never be fed direct from the ground. Elevated fence-line feeders are much better for the goats health as they can pick up disease and parasites if fed on the ground.

their is some incorrect information on this video, goat milk has about 12.97% milk solids, cows milk 12.01% , goats milk also has a higher fat content compared to cows milk, goat/4.14%, cows/3.34%, goats milk also has more calcium and protein than cows milk, Goats milk is closer to human milk in the percentage of fat,and solids. tho higher in calcium and protein.
