We feature certified prime grade beef, as well as corn feed Angus Beef from the Mid- West. Our product is dry aged for 28 days before we allow it to be served to the client. The dry ageing process leaves you with a more intense flavor and an unmistakably tender steak. In addition to our American beef we also serve imported meats such as from Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. We are equally proud of our seafood and produce which comes from our local farmers.
