Interesting-- Maybe there is something to this verse in Matthew 24- there will be famines and pestilance in diverse places. America is getting judged for there tolarence of sin and rejection of Gods word.

Undocumented workers should not be here. It is good intentions to provide a better life for your family, but you need to be here legally. Crime, drugs, and violence is not what you want in your community. Who knows what some of the crimes some illegals have done in their countries before crossing the borders. You do not want to reward some criminals by letting them stay. Praying for the families and their children to have better opportunities in their homeland.

I thought migrant farm workers are here to work on farms picking crops, what the hell are they talking about? what government funding, what rental assistance, what help getting off drugs, what more and more gangs, domestic violence, why Nacho talking about enough food when he is FAT? why don't they pick crops, save money and go back home?

Look at the way these farmers cultivate the land. The land needs 365 days of ground cover preferably by trees to reduce ground level temperature and raise ground level humidity. By harvesting everything and tilling the land, the farmers are exposing the soil to direct sun light heating up the ground very quickly raising it temperature and reducing the humidity in the surrounding areas. Modern farmers don't just use up water, they are killing the earth by changing climate, leading to desertification even without global warming.

The biggest water user in California is livestock. The water used to grow the alfalfa the cows eat, and a cow drinks 20 times as much as a human every day. The media needs to stop talking about almonds and lawns. Stop eating meat and so much dairy.
Also, raising livestock is a the biggest contributor to greenhouse gases, so that makes the droughts around the world worse.
