Located on 5 acres of the St. Luke's Hospital Anderson Campus, the St. Luke's and Rodale Institute Organic Farm offers patients and employees locally-grown organic food options from farm to hospital. During my time at the farm, I learned that this innovative idea offers not only fresh produce, but a fresh perspective that promotes a healthier lifestyle for all.
