The most unassuming horse farm you've ever seen - 120 something acres way out here in the country. You're not far from Louisville, you're not far from Bardstown, and you're real close to Springfield in fact that's the address here. This house is huge. I'm going to put the square footage down there (4500 + living space, 5 brs, 3 full, 3 half baths) in the configuration but the pond down there is gorgeous again unassuming, there are automatic waterers throughout the farm. I'm not going to be able to shoot until Spring, it's February here right now, but you're going to see a beautiful, home it's really well built, poured concrete walls brick etc. Let's go on in - okay you got to see the front of this place. Here are the horse barns this place is really spectacular, it's everything everybody wants, it's a huge house all brick walkout basement, here's the pool of course. I'll show you the downstairs it's got a bar, a hot tub, pond and there's another pond on the property that's incredible. Dan's been over every Square inch of this horse farm, walked it and he said it's a spectacular, that's pretty good size pond, I'm going to guess I don't know I'm a surveyor and maybe couple acres, imagine fishing with the kids and grandkids and all that stuff. Here you can see some more of the texture, up here, alot of people like that we call this a tray ceiling, all oak cabinets, master bedroom, is that crazy or what. You've got a tray here, look at that it's light, how crazy is that, it is so detailed, I love it so you've got this cove here and it's at an angle and then the tray, then you go up and then another cove up there, and assuming okay that's light too, wow very cool. This is the master bedroom obviously and it's in this chocolate color it goes right off here to the deck, so you can entertain there and then this is one of my favorite features of this house, full his and her walk-in closet on one side one on the other what they say the secret to a happy marriage is separate bathrooms, well I'll say it's separate closets too. I forgot to show you the half bath, there's a half bath here. This front room, what would you use this for? It's got a closet so you can do home office you can do a bedroom, I don't know what I would use this for, the views are really beautiful so if you had your desk here you could sit, sit and watch and see the horses out at the barn, there's fields right here, you could watch the horses, the horse barn, it's cool. What would you use it for? I thought his was a bed room and I thought what kind of a cheap light for a bedroom, this is a closet!!! it's 13 x 13 feet, it's actually a little more than that, 13 x 13 walk in closet you can have all your stuff plus in here how cool is that. The hot tub's right there, the pools right there and then a big patio is over here, you could have barbecues galore so you've got, I believe that's Cedar, I guarantee it's cedar it smells great and there's cedar in that bathroom and there's another half bath there but this is really big it's like a ball room, how big is this room, about 20 or 25 x 30 or something. You've got a sink here with marble top or granite top and then this bar area, all heat and air everywhere, what is it 123 acres? Way out in the country, you want privacy, you've got privacy. This is western red cedar here, I wish there was a light it's got one of those beautiful sinks like this, it smells so nice in here, make a good sauna if you're into saunas. You can do a sauna in here, have plenty of room in here, five bed rooms, and then super huge rooms like this, hard wood floors on the bottom here on and on. Here we are out the back of the barn the big barn and you got the riding arena their training facility, so beautiful got a ton of everything, there's a pond down there and then there's like Cross fencing and so you can bring the horses from here out to the arena and back. All that is part of it, this place is made well. It is just not well taken care of right now because no one is here so you've got weeds and everything but it's built well, the house is built like a brick, the barn is built tremendous, wait till you see this thing, big sliding doors here, all concrete floors. It will cost you $100,000 to build this farm. Makers Mark Distillery is right there the historic Distillery, as is the sisters of Loretto, they're out there so it's a historic area, and Makers Mark is fantastic. When you live here and get out of town guests, you're going to be taking them to Makers Mark all the time, because it's right around the corner and it's such a neat Historic Bourbon Distillery.
