Land reforms occured everywhere. let me know one country where thy didnt. The farmer here owns 7000 Hectares of land. He has to drive 15 Kms to reach his land. Thats how rich he is. In our country after Independence 1947,
Indiaall Landlords were asked to give up their excess land more than 40 acres per Family. U know, this says it all. Land was taken over by govt ,distributed to Dalits, other lower castes and upper castes too if they were poor.
No country can progress without equality, redistribution of wealth esp if it transfromed brom fuedal society to democractic one.
Its Really Shameful that Whites still own 10000 acres of Land when they Cant till the whol land, large part of it lies vacant. Now I know why crime is higher in SA ! -

White or black, racism has no place in our communities we have more that are common to us than divides us. Politicians who propose that some sections of the society would have to be oppressed for any economic initiative to succeed are not ready to face the real challenges that stare us in the face. Racism and Tribalism only diminishes our potentials not strengthen it just because, there is a lot of good in every human being that is waiting to be unraveled if only they are allowed to exist and flourish. We need to rethink and come up with ways of coexisting just because people are now more than ever enlighten and informed. The old structures can't sustain all these oppression on both sides.
