Value addition has been advocated for by many, and a chorus for policy implementers in Uganda. A 19 year old Makerere University student has known to implement every bit of it. Gloria Kwikiriza is into dairy farming, practicing a complete value addition chain from the farm to market stalls. She produces yoghurt from milk from her cows and extends to buying milk produced by other dairy farmers in the community, to fulfill her dream of making 300,000 Uganda shillings weekly.
