You'll probably agree with me if I say that many small-scale farmers in kenya are shy about processing their milk produce into other dairy products, perhaps for fear that it is a costly affair. But one young dairy farmer in Nyeri, Martin Njoroge who is also a university student has opted to defy convention to go a step further to process home-made yoghurt as a complement to his dairy business.
