Farms: SimCity 3000 Time-lapse Birth of an Industrial Town "Delta River"

No cheats or landmarks were used in the making of this city! Delta River is a fully functional, money generating, realistic Midwestern industrial city in SimCity 3000 Unlimited. The population is around 185,000 Sims. There are farms and suburbs around the edges of the map, with higher density areas and skyscrapers towards the center of downtown. There are many farms, a refinery, a steel mill, an auto plant, a seaport and more. I built the city through a process I call "selective bulldozing". I simply lay down small blocks of zones, then bulldoze the buildings that appear until I get one that I like for that spot. Then I make it historical. The majority of the buildings in the city have been made historical, including the skyscrapers, industry and farms. SimCity 3000 Unlimited is one of my favorite games.
