Thank you. I couldn't figure out how to add more than a couple to my power plant. I ended up having multiple power plants.
How do you increase money per hour made?
Realistically, the vertical-axis 2 blade wind turbines are nowhere near as efficient as the 3 bladed design. There is more wake loss. Simcity got that this one wrong. Also the largest turbine ever built only has an installed capacity of 7 MW.

Web...did you notice the color of the ground changing when you went to Edit on the Power Plant? I think you could use that to know WHERE the wind is strongest

The wind data layer actually has different colours on the ground, darker the colour, the more wind.
