Second video of the tutorial mini-series from Sim City 3000. In this (slightly poor demo), we look at building effective segments of rail to help support flow of traffic to and from work. Rail helps reduce the number of cars on roads and as such decreases traffic problems. Enjoy!

Nice tutorial. From what I've noticed, the stats for mass transit, schools, ect update at the end of each month. So after making any changes, wait until the next calendar month to look for the results .
