Sheep rustling sounds like a crime from medieval times. But it turns out, the practice of stealing animals from farmer's fields is common across the United Kingdom, where policing the countryside is practically impossible. Al Jazeera's Laurence Lee reports from Scotland.

No, it was meat that lead to smaller stomachs and we finally had time to invest in creative things instead of grazing savanna's of Africa full time, Meat was rich in energy which boosted our thinking capacity. I think people do eat more that they should what we should focus on is eating less instead of saying, don't eat meats at all that is impossible if you think that is possible you better come to reality.

Cooking meat led to smaller stomachs, bigger brains HAHA, can't say i've seen any evidence of that. in fact quite the opposite really. EAT LESS MEAT. Kill humanely !?!

being Carnivorous is behind the evolutionary success of humankind. When early humans started to eat meat and eventually hunt, Eating meat led to smaller stomachs, bigger brains. It was this new meat diet, full of densely-packed nutrients, that provided the catalyst for human evolution, particularly the growth of the brain

Oh I see. Yes, it seemed like you were against meat consumption altogether. Sorry for the misunderstanding
-
Why not reduce our meat consumption? Why go for drastic measures when we don't have to?

This is not a culture, it's a normal human diet. It's amazing how disconnected from reality some vegans are.

people in the medieval days were killed for this type of thing. i don't see a point in the news regurgitating something that's never changed in our whole history. before this report we all knew people stole animals in hard times and now are hard time just like between then and now.
