A short documentary about a self- sufficient family living on a mini eco farm in Cornwall. Dan & Lora Newman have lived at Trelowen for four years producing their own fruit and veg, looking after ducks, chickens and pigs while raising two children. Thanks to Cornish band 'Freedom/ Guilt Equation' for the music! By Gemma Taylor https://vimeo.com/user3696083

Cloth diapers cost so much now, but still cheaper in the long run. I don't remember them costing so much way back when I had kids in diapers [1970's]. I was quite glad to have them. except when the kids had diarrhea. And when the kids are out of diapers, they make the best dust rags. Whenever there is a natural disaster, one of the things they ask for is disposable diapers. I say give them cloth & they will be set for a much longer time. Today's moms might not like them as much, but it sure beats nothing. It is lucky [or good planning] that you are both good with living that way. I know this was done back in 2013 so I will say that I hope it is still going well for your family.
