Real farmers can't afford new water boots like that, not to say a computer and chemical lab.

What kinds of chicken breeds are in the DPRK? Is Jangmigye popular in the region?

Most people don't realize how rough the people of the North have had it for a very, very long time. They basically haven't been given a break since 1897. It's only been in the last couple years that pretty much everyone has had enough to eat. Last year's rice harvest was maybe 10% over what they expected. This year will be even better. It would be my guess that Marshal Kim Jong Un has one firm rule: "If you aren't part of the solution, then you must be part of the problem. Remove the problem, and the solution reveals itself." Marshal Kim made a brilliant move when he brought back Premier Pak Pong Ju. Premier Pak is a humble, hard-working guy and definitely part of the solution. His one and only interest is to make things better for the people.

Very nice to see that DPRK such an isolated country, little trade and dependency on foreign technology trade can still do well and develop under the guidance of Socialism.
