dang how do you get to meet up or speak to all of these famous vegan guests? aha and I think you are going to be one as well... you make vegan LFHC food ideas so easy and has definitely been helping me to choose vegan food choices, esp. at home with my family!

Thanks Tino. Love the relaxed raw vibe of the interviews. Also love how you make the speaker comfortable enough to say their real opinions.

What program do you use to record Skype?

did Rip accidently walk through the wall in the back?

rip didn't go plant based until he went into his triathalete career. I wonder when his dad started going p.b. it seems like he would have grown up with it but was a meat eater on his own for a quite some time before finally listening to his dad.

Dr McGreger's video on nuts suggests that for some strange reason they don't contribute to weight gain and they are very heart healthy. I wish these guys would get on the same page. Search: Nuts and Obesity: The Weight of Evidence

Rip...just makes so much sense. I just watched a guy on another video..eating raw meat and butter. I mean..how misguided can one be? This makes so much sense. And it's really...when it comes down to it..just plain good old common sense.

This is a great interview. This guy really knows what he is talking about. a couple of paleo fans must have watched, hence the 2 thumb-downs.

bananiac- u rock! Im 60 something and for a young man like you to figure this out at such a young age is huge. You were a wonderful interviewer- polite, good questions and u allowed your guest to finish his thoughts. u both come off as very intelligent and informed. really enjoyed this. In Christ, daz

"Perk up your pecker," "yea, I know what you mean." That killed me. I missed this video when you originally posted it, glad that I went back and found it.

The second on nuts (limit them to 1 oz or even cut them out) was the most informative part here. It's not the calories so much either but the effect on heart health.
