If cannabis is grown in every other country in the world, then surely Rand Paul can provide an example of a country where this crop is economically significant as compared to other crops. In which country in the world is hemp even in the top 20 crops in terms of economic importance?

Rand is a pretty cool guy
-
I'm moving to Kentucky.

I must admit, I have heard people like faceplanting over something regarding this, but I never really understood what it was all about until now. We really had to be in a pretty severe state of mania to be passing laws like this.

Yeah politicians are usually complete morons who know nothing about the issues they insist on legislating.
-
Wow. Crazy that we would have even the most restrictive rhetoric politicians opposing industrial hemp. Makes them look a bit dippy.
-
Marijuana plants are grown sinsemilla (female plants only - no pollen). A near by industrial hemp crop, which is not grown sinsemilla, would pollinate the female marijuana plants causing them to produce seeds and reduce THC levels significantly. The result would be crappy weak unsellable schwag weed.

RAND PAUL 2016!

morons cant even defend the constitution much less recite it. freedom of america is medical local un-obama doctors
-
A hemp crop would ruin a marijuana crop.

If you ask me, I think it's pathetic that we have to beg to politicians to legalize things they shouldn't even have the authority to criminalize.
