See I like how people keep saying there on private property.. Ur wrong its a public sidewalk.. The police even confirmed it when they arrived.. And as far as the assault goes.. He did assault them hes not a police officer to even put his hands on them which he clearly did serveral times.. And the other thing he shouldve just stood there and called the cops if they were... I trained and was a security officer and under no circumstance are you supose to approach a person like that and get physical

Wrong on all counts. The right of way extends from the center of Station Road on both sides for its entire length. The protest started at 2 pm (before the end of the first show) and continued thorugh 3:30 pm when the second show started, and the activists returned at 5 pm for the 6 pm show. Prior commitments interfered with the other circus shows. Thank you for the info about the zebra. We will request an investigation with the USDA. Any other details you can provide are appreciated.

for one thing he did not push you into the street...and the right of way is futher down the road...this was done as nothing more then a stunt...if they really cared they would of showed up days sooner...the circus got there on Wed July 4th...this video was Sunday after 5 pm just before the last show for the week....I was there each day and no harm was done to the animals...as a matter of fact as soon as one of the zebras started to act funny a vet was called in right away to treat it.

Are you claiming John Eatherton in not in the video? John Eatherton has a public facebook page with a photo in his profile, so anyone can figure out who he is. Are you threatening me with a civil lawsuit? On what grounds? And yes, I can prove you are lying. You can see in the video that the thug chased her into the street, and there was NO editing of the two and a half minutes shown. If the thug told her later not to stand in the street, it doesn't change the chasing at the beginning.
-
@ rowanmorrison...Can YOU prove I'm lying? And You shouldn't be name dropping...that could leave YOU open to a lawsuit.
-
And as for the security thug ripping the signs from the male protesters hand - the protester was standing on the public right of way, which you and the security thugs call "private property." Regardless, do you think you have the right to tear someone's personal belongings from their hands just because you think they are standing somewhere they shouldn't be? Call the police instead, please. Otherwise, you are as crazy as the thugs in this video.
-
The protesters were standing in the public right of way - 4 and 1/2 feet from the curb/fogline. The police spray painted a mark at the protesters request so that the security thugs respect the protesters' legal right to stand on what they were calling "private property." The protesters agreed to stand a few feet away from the driveway for safety reasons - they were still on what the thugs had been calling "private property" on that side of the street.
-
I'm lying? Can YOU prove that? And You may wanna watch dropping peoples names like that... you may be leaving yourself open to a civil case.
-
John Eatherton is the bald security thug in this video.
-
John Eatherton the Third, you likely know why, but in PA you have to file a private criminal complaint for misdemeanor charges unless police see it.
-
John Eatherton the third, you are lying, and it will come out in court.
-
And why were the guards not arrested?
-
@ Soapie love... actualy, I saw no such thing. I like how she edited out the Cop measuring out a place AWAY from where they were protesting and marking it with spray paint and telling them HERE is where you can protest. As far as ripping signs from the kids hand, he AGAIN was on PRIVATE PROPERTY. And she edited out the security gaurd telling her NOT to walk into the street.... she was not pushed. I think you need to watch this AGAIN and reconsider your opinion!
-
As shown in the video and confirmed by police when they finally arrived, the protesters were standing in the public right of way. The security thugs chased the female protester into the street and physically assaulted the male protester (you can clearly see the security thug push him when the protester tries to reach for the sign the security thug had ripped from his hand and thrown to the ground.) And - it really doesn't matter what YOU think. It's all on video.
-
You seem to leave out that WHEN security approached you, you were on PRIVATE PROPERTY and they had EVERY right to stop you're protest. As far as assault, I see none... however I DO see VERY bad acting!

this video is very similair to the videos I see at my job about civil rights in the 1960's.
