Farms: Puerto Rico

Permaculture: Filmed by Jennifer Ching This short film documents the experiences of twelve Loyola Marymount University students on their trip to San Juan, Puerto Rico. The students lived on La Plenitud farm for a week, learning and practicing sustainable practices such as permaculture, organic farming, rain water management, and bio construction. The students hope to bring back what they've learned and share with the LMU community as well as apply what they've learned in their respective fields of study.
