92 A.F.I.S. systems in us. and canada...52 states,13 provinces and territories..7 federal levels of law.that's quite a few less than 92..why is there so many more A.F.I.S. systems than there are levels of law enforcement? that defeats the point of A.F.I.S.

Good vid...read this book a while ago..this guy was just plain evil.
-
Any new serial killers?
-
Excluding the 'world renowned' investigative guy who actually checked all fingerprint databases, the people dealing with this case were either complete idiots or just didn't care enough to pursue it
-
The majority of these good ol' boys have receding hairlines and chicken lips.
-
And the idiot is still alive
-
If sll these sicko's were tortured instead of safely locked up, I bet the murder rate would decrease formidably.
-
These guys are cowards. They don't dare to kill a man because they might get over powered. Little brained assholes. Maybe the fitting punishment should be to let the victims' families have an hour alone with this guy.
-
this guy looks like a serial killer.
-
Do i have a problem if i go to sleep every night listening to Serial Killer Documentarys? They're like lullabys to me 😪

when serial killers get on the porch, momma just runs em off with a broom.
-
I saw that white ford bronco the dad was driving and immediately thought OJ did this...
-
The narrator said he's 'possibly Americans worst serial killer'. Am I right in thinking that's still Gary Ridgeway, the Green River Killer?
-
So he liked killing women but he didn't wanna die himself how ironic disgusting scum is still alive today at 64.
-
the creepy guy's voice is too much
-
but what i can't understand is why did he give all those hints to the invenstigators? i mean he could have got away with it. but he was so kind enough to tell them what he did so he would never get out of the jail?

The grand am lady was a whore. 15 years old married with a baby, and cheating on her poor husband with the kwik e mart guy and god only knows who else. She put herself in that position and kinda got what a cheating slut deserves, i guess she learned her lesson in the end.

How come there's no serial Killers active anymore? maybe in the age of CCTV and technology, you can't kill someone so easily and get away with it
