I would like to suggest on your lecture notes regarding management roles. The interpersonal role (3 roles) as far as Liaison role is to bridge managing communication between internal and external stakeholders/audience. My two cents worth.

I would like to know the Title and the Author of the book Prof Petrov is using in this course.

I will advice Mr. Krassimir petrov to find a better position to place the camera because it blocks all the view on the board
