Farms: Out of Africa - Piano - John Barry

This is my transcription of the cue 'Main Title/I Had a Farm in Africa' as heard on the soundtrack. Anyone who's read my channel description will probably be wondering why I even bothered doing a transcription of this as it is already available to the mass public as an official sheet music release, and my version is by no means intended to be any kind of 'competitor'. I respect the publishes and urge fans of the score and this piece to check out those websites that sell it. My version is a transcription, an interpretation done sat at a piano slowly picking through the music on my itunes and writing out each note I hear, which offers golden opportunities for me to understand a composer and appreciate the building blocks of a composition. It was just a day or so after John Barry sadly passed away, and I wanted to immerse myself in his world for a couple of hours. For me, transcribing is the best way to do that, and this is one of his most treasured themes.
