hope your pushing the criminal activities to proper authorities. they are breaking laws openly and are not having to deal with the consequences of it. now if places can make it illegal for people to be homeless and ENFORCE it, then the laws that have been on the books for a long time can also be enforced, and you should push for it to be done. no one is above the law, and your showing that different standards are being enforced, please demand that this stops.

If you feel so compelled to "school" public employees on the proper procedure for disseminate public records, why don't you go to these offices with booklets on the procedures, and offer a 5 minute instructional talk? Instead, you prefer to confront often low level employees or employees who in their many years of employment have never had a need to understand public record dissemination. Then you use a sabotage attack to expose their lack of knowledge with the inference they are engaging in corrupt government.

Question is; are these public servants, public spirited? Absolutely not! They are sly, sneaky, dishonest and in my opinion, this makes them dangerous. This lady needs to be removed immediately from office.

I thought no one could run your plate unless you had committed a crime or violation. They went out of there way to identify you and violate your rights, made up lies about your behaviour when you were nothing but polite, lied about the photos that she forgot to remember that she had remembered to say she had took them but forgot that she had remembered not to tell you that she had took them and then remembered to forget that she had remembered not to tell you and hoping that you had forgot to ask if she had remembered not to forget to tell you.!
Put that in one of the charges against her, I wonder if that will remind her not to forget to remember.

Nothing will ever change unless we start making examples of people like this. Make them pay with their jobs, their money or if need be, time behind bars. All she had to do was comply with the law that any records clerk in Florida is bound to know. She chose not to. She intentionally broke the law. She should pay just like any other criminal would.
