Pa Mac lays down a tin roof and puts up some rough-sawn lumber on his new, old-fashioned pole barn workshop. It's the 11th episode of The Farm Hand's Companion Show, and the 5th installment of the Building a Pole Barn Structure series. Be sure and subscribe to the Farm Hand's Companion channel to keep up with the progress as Pa Mac takes an undeveloped piece of property and turns it into a small subsistence farm. Watch for new episodes as often as Pa Mac can crank 'em out and still run a farm. (As long as he's alive and kicking, he's most assuredly farming and filming!) Also visit http://www.farmhandscompanion.com to find articles, posts, photographs, and encouragement for today's self-sufficient farm or homestead.

How long did you dry the boards? I am trying to do the same.
Love your episodes! I watched them over and over for my project. -
I love your videos. I picked up a chainsaw mill but haven't used it yet. It has to take you hours/days/weeks to cut all the boards for your walls? Do you go through many chainsaw chains? Thanks for your videos, they are inspiring and entertaining.

Would it do any good to beg for more content from you Pa Mac? Can't get enough. I lost count of how many times I've repeated watching what you already got up. Are you doing any more building projects at the homestead? I agree with some comments below that shows how you have the perfect ratio in your videos of showin' and explainin'. We don't need no verbosity and won't see none on the FHCS.
