Hi guys this is Tom. I just got word from the second brother that he will sell me his 14 acres. Plus the first brother is waiting for the deed to come back for his sister's 14 acres. They both told me they will give me the first shot it it.

Tom I have said it before but it's worth repeating. You have an awesome set up there and if you can swing it I would jump on the chance to buy those additional acres. Land is like money, beer and ammo. You can never have too much of either. Ha Ha. Take care my friend and best of luck.

Hi Tom good video I got scared when I saw the title of the video before I played it thought you were selling I was like noooo....but its your neighbors land ok cool....I would love to buy it and be your neighbor but the "MRS" doesn't want to move out of NY.....I told her ummm taxes and the safe act is why I want out of NY....good luck hope you find a good neighbor and partner that will take care of the land like you do....take care!! Tom if you ever get time and the grates for the right price put a foot wide drain ditch right across where it starts with the grate over the top and run it round. That is a sweet deal..
