After heading inland and over a hill, we arrive at Totara Brewing Company. Jump in the ute, head across the road to the hop farm and check out the newly flowering hops. Discuss the varieties grown, and New Zealand organic hops. Then we head back to the brewery. Yes a brewery run by hop growers. Taste the beers and say cheers. A travel show, of a road trip around the craft breweries of New Zealand hosted by brewers Luke Nicholas and Kelly Ryan.
