Construction is slated to start June 1st, 2014 of a dairy heritage museum on the N.C. State Dairy Farms on Lake Wheeler Rd. in Raleigh. The museum will show the heritage of dairy farming in North Carolina; it will feature a working dairy farm for visitors to see in operation and it will offer a look at the future of dairy farming.
