Authorities in Maryland are seeking information concerning the 13 dead bald eagles found on a farm. On Saturday afternoon, a man in Maryland came upon four dead bald eagles on a farm and called the Maryland Natural Resources Police. Authorities discovered nine more.  Poisoning, possibly through rodent control measures, is suspected, but the public is being asked for help in determining what happened.  The department writes on its Facebook page, “Please help us solve a mystery. Thirteen dead bald eagles were found Saturday on a farm and in a woods in Federalsburg. It is the largest concentration of dead bald eagles in Maryland in three decades.”  A $10,000 reward is being offered for information that helps solve the mystery. The Maryland Natural Resources Police are also asking social media users to spread word of the incident.
