1. why not lure 2 pigs,2 chickens, 2cows,2 sheep and breed and kill them. that would be more effective than this.

6. You should use two hoppers at the end leading into a Chest. That way you just need to go there and collect.
7. They don't get attracted to light. They spawn by it.
