This farm automatically kills slimes and collects the slime balls using basic slime mechanics. You could reduce a large amount of hoppers by letting the slimes drop up the platforms and fall to the slimes at the very bottom. One chunk is 24 blocks?

when you said to far away from the player, how far can you be away n 1.8.3 and they still spawn

Should I build this farm far away from wherer i usually work, or will it be fine to leave it close by.

They kinda fixed when slimes pick a random direction and go in one direction in 1.8

Seems like the perfect slime farm well at least for consoles right now were on 1.6.4 so will it work for me on my xbox 360? Im clearing out a slime chunk on survival how big do i make the hole since a slime.chunk is only 16x16 but i want it as effecient as possible so id probably have to clear a huge radius around it so no other mobs spawn right?

XISUMAVIOD WHAT THE F#%K WERE U THINKING. BUILD THE HOPPER CATUS THING AT THE BOTTOM NOT AT EVERY FREAKEN LAYER. JUST MAKE THE SLIM S JUMP TO THE BOTTOM. BRO THIS VID IS FROM U?!?!?
