do a mcpe one plss

Squids can only spawn from Sea Level (y:63) down to Level 46. u need to be at least 24 blocks away from the Borders of the Water Trap for the Squids to spawn. Remove any Water that is closer than 128 blocks every direction from the Trap for maximum spawning....but i have only 1 question, do the other mobs that spawn in the area, compete with the spawning rates of the squids? if so, i'm gonna have to torch the Area & the nearby Caves!

GUYS ITS DIDNT WORK DONT BUILD IT ....
-
why squids doesn't spawn in my farm?
-
Is it work in 1.7.2?
-
Works fine for me, built it in the desert although it does have two big ass rivers that run through it lol. I used glowstone on the vertical beams since friendly mobs usually like the light. You also don't need a 15 block drop, they'll die from 2 or 3 blocks/suffocation, so the size of the spawner is reduced significantly.
