Fresh video of the Melanistic deer at Highland Hill Farm ....If you want to come a try and get a video I would like to have it to down load a better video... or I will trade nursery stock for a better camera to get a b etter video of this deer.... Also... I am trying to start a hunting club to use farms and ranches we own in NY , Pa, Va and other states. I have to many properties to manage them individually for hunting leases. I do not have all the details worked out, but I do have MANY large properties in our inventory to open up for starting the club. One is in Herkimer County near Little Falls. The other is near Antwerp NY. In Pa we have many farms in Bradford County and in Bucks County. Some of the properties are large and vast. I have properties in Pa, NY, Va, ND, Mt and NM. There will be yearly fees to hunt. There are over 20 seperate properties available for hunters. We will have limited numbers of hunters in the club. Hunting right will not be exclusive to club members. The reasons are many fold... I have way to many porperties to manage and there are special arrangements I have with other farmers who lease ground from me. It would be a bad neighbor relations to keep them off as well as tennants who manage the properties for me. As for outsiders...they will be asked to keep off.....Members who help in sales of nursery stock through purchase or refferals will also recieve discounts......
