McNeely Farms Equestrian Center in Waxhaw, North Carolina is a full service training & equine boarding facility with a beautiful 20 stall barn, an 80' x 140' covered riding arena with a solid 4' high wall, a 60' professional round pen, a newly constructed 90' x 200' outdoor riding arena, a comfortable boarder's lounge, 2 heated & cooled tack rooms, 2 hot & cold water wash bays, along with several tack areas for convenience. The barn features sixteen (16) 12' x 12' stalls and four (4) 12' x 16' warmblood/broodmare stalls (*priced accordingly) with excellent ventilation, individual fans, automatic waterers, thick rubber stall mats, thick bedding and automatic fly spray and watering system. Each horse in our care receives the highest quality personal and professional attention. McNeely Farms Equestrian Center employs two (2), full-time equine professionals who occupy private living quarters above the barn. Stalls are cleaned thoroughly twice each day and sprayed with ecologically safe products. Horses are fed up to three times a day, are blanketed and turn-out as directly by their owners. Boarders enjoy hacking the many horse back riding trails that surround our property and connect to the Mineral Springs Greenway. McNeely Farms Equestrian Center, through it's connection with dressage instructor and trainer, Deanna Corby is proud to offer on-site dressage training and lessons to our boarders. Deanna is a bronze medalist and "L" graduate through the United States Dressage Federation (USDF) and runs a successful training and lesson program. She works with horses and riders of all ages and levels using positive reinforcement and encouragement to build confidence in a harmonious relationship with their equine partners. Outsiders are welcome to trailer horses in for instruction or for use of the facilities for a nominal $20 arena use fee. Our boarders may also chose to work with outside trainers and instructors as desired. Visitors are welcome to stop by 7 days a week to meet our staff and tour our facilities.
