I'm glad he has tube connectors now, because all that taping must have been a pain to remove!
-
I enjoy these playlists where you can watch the updates on a single colony.
-
is it smart to connect a omni nest vertical to a regular omni nest
-
hay if you want for the ants to feel a little bit free is to at least give them a fight
-
story in short. don't get tropical reds until your ready lol
-
the fire ants are like the Chinese. the population grows and not enough room to live

Hello again.. I commented on another video about how keeping Ants busy and being able to SEE THEM work is what a lot of Ant people really like about Ants, at least a lot of the folks I've spoken to about Ants.. This enclosure is impressive but you can't see anything.. I just don't get it as too why having them enclosed in this way where you can't see them.. Again that is a huge colony but I can just imagine how much more of a joy it would be too see what they were really doing, and giving them things to do.
Good Job by the way I think I will be getting in contact with you after the new year I'd like to get started with my own colony.. -
Do only queens have wings? In my region are a lot of winged ants. Are that all queens? Ore do male ants have wings two?
-
Do u still have this colony? You probably had to mass kill half of them with food shortage.
-
I will be building a colony soon and I have you to thank! I'm completely new to this, so will be starting with a queen and building up. But I will send you pics of my soon to be colony! I don't know what species to do but I will research and find out. Thank you for these videos!

VAN MAGYAR?

Imagine it falling and all the ants escaping over night and crawling into your mouth
-
love this for some reason it's incredible calming... is there a reason you spread your colony horizontal as opposed to vertical.. like stacking them on a shelf and using the tube still to connect, it would minimize the space needed in general in your kitchen counter...

So if you were to not want your ants anymore what do you do?
Do you just put them outside, do you try to move them and then sell them do you just hand them off, or what? -
I love watching this colony grow
