What American town has the largest historic district? Madison, Indiana at 130 square blocks. You can be a federal brick two story house for $65,000. Still a great place to be white.

Main Street is called "The Ohio River Scenic Byway". And except for the cars, downtown looks almost identical today. At 4:00, you're at the intersection of The Ohio Scenic River Byway and Jefferson Street, and all of the buildings you see are still there. Google map it. It's a nice little town.
